Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cleaning and related services provided by Lilian Cleaning and Services ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client" or "you"). By scheduling or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement

When you request a cleaning service — whether by phone, WhatsApp, email, or our online estimate form — you enter into a service agreement with Lilian Cleaning and Services. This agreement covers the type of service, scope, date, and pricing as mutually confirmed between you and our team.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion if circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to complete a job (e.g., hazardous conditions, unsafe access, or hostile behavior).

2. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is quoted on a per-job basis and is based on factors including the type of service, property size, and any special requirements. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates only and are subject to confirmation upon assessment of the actual property.

• Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Additional charges may apply for scope changes, excessive clutter, or conditions beyond those described at time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will always try to accommodate your situation fairly.

4. Liability & Insurance

Lilian Cleaning and Services carries general liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration of surfaces, fixtures, or items.
• Damage caused by improper installation, weak or fragile items not disclosed to us.
• Loss or damage to items of extraordinary value (artwork, jewelry, antiques) unless specifically discussed and agreed upon in writing beforehand.

Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of the completed service. We will investigate and respond promptly.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our guarantee applies to the specific tasks included in your agreed service scope. It does not cover areas or tasks that were not part of the original service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and effective cleaning experience, we ask that you:

• Provide safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before our arrival.
• Inform us of any hazardous materials, pets, allergies, or special instructions prior to service.
• Ensure the property is accessible (key, code, or someone present) at the scheduled time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
